Join Colleen at Yoga Pod Fort Collins for a 60 minute podBASICS class. This basic level class provides tools and techniques necessary to build a safe and sustainable yoga practice and offers an opportunity for beginners to create a solid foundation. Class moves at a slow pace, allowing students time to explore alignment and fundamental aspects of the postures. Instruction and demonstration of proper body mechanics are provided as well as how to utilize props for support. podBASICS classes rotate weekly between set sequences, focused on specific types of postures, and provide the necessary foundation to advance to podFLOW 1 and 2 classes. Classes are set at 80 with no added humidity.
